In search of the elusive bokeh!
A number of attempts where kitchen implements got in the way, I could crop them out and also get up from the kitchen floor where I shot this!
Well done, me!
My sweet matryoshka doll - actually bought in Russia who might like to be viewed on the Black.
Three good things;
1. Blood Pressure test again… not good - maybe I’ll have to do yoga all day!
2. Did all my fitbit challenges and got the big congratulations!
3. Enthusiastic facetime with Canadian granddaughter aged, nearly 3. She’s discovered jumping and… body art! Not to mention pink fingernails!
How beautiful! I love your doll and the bokeh. Are you using diet and exercise to control your BP? Sometimes those two things aren’t enough, you may have to consider meds. Pink fingernails at 3! Too sweet.
@louannwarren I've always had super good BP but just now its gone haywire for some reason. I'm a qualified dietitian so know what to eat and I exercise every day with my fitbit telling me what to do. I'll try and relax i think a lot more - thats why I thought yoga!
The colors look so pretty against black and with added bokeh bonus :). #1 Sometimes having your own bp kit is helpful. I've complained to my dr about the medical assistant not taking bp correctly so he and I agreed that I'd take my own bp, record it and bring in to him. A new medical assistant takes it correctly so it matches my at home bp numbers.
she's three already? oh, my, how time flies! i hope the interest in body art is just a passing fancy. mind the bp, maggiemae, although i'm guessing you're doing all the things proper to fight it.
i was once gifted by a russian friend with one of these dolls. i really didn't know what to do with it then, so when i had to move to europe, i had the chance to get rid of it. my sister still has it to this day.
