A summery shot when I'm outside enjoying my book. Posting early as we are off early in the morning, driving south with our motor caravan with the now famous Burt Munro Challenge about to start.
Three good things:
1. Even more entries since last year - at this rate nobody will recognise me.
2. Going to be a lot of meals taken in restaurants in the next week - I'll have to take measure.
3. In the quieter moments, I still have my book!

@maggiemae it’s nice & thick too,will check it out! I’m reading a really grim murder at the moment but just got the latest Douglas Kennedy book from the library. I like most of his, not so much the later ones but his earlier books. I’m hoping he’s got his mojo back.
@maggiemae Just googled Barbara Hannah but don’t think it’s the same author this one looks very high brow talking about the soul & similar! The book wasn’t recognised perhaps only in NZ.
always nice when someone else has to cook for you; the drawback is the salt and oil they use. cooks use a monstrous amount of salt. hope you have fun that aside. looking good, maggiemae.
