A wee burrn! by maggiemae

A wee burrn!

This trickling stream bordered our campsite so I took the time to practice slow exposure. This camp looked over the valley with mist shrouded mountains on either side. In the middle of the night, I did hear Kiwi which I was thrilled about and made sure of the sound as there were also weka wandering about.
Three good Things:
1. Power, internet, water, a waste dump and rubbish bins plus beautiful showers and toilets. We weren't slumming it here!
2. Mostly tourists coming here - fun watching them.
3. Chicken salad for tea - getting rid of leftovers.
It looks like you have found a very nice place to camp. How wonderful to have a trickling stream nearby!

@olivetreeann At first I had used the 'fireworks' option but found that not enough so used the dial to choose my own speed!
