The only shot today

This was one of those days, I would rather forget. But did have a rose in the garden worth a photo.
I bent over a low drawer this morning and then my back went into seizure. With pills and a hottie, I managed to get through the day.
Three Good Things:
1. Some chairs were so comfy but very painful to get up from. I learnt fast.
2. Thank goodness for some good TV programmes!
3. Greek Yoghurt.

@joannakate Thanks Joanna - I found some high strength pills and swallowed 2. The writing on the bottle had faded and then I found I should only take one! If I don't post anymore you will know I have expired! lol!

Sorry to hear you have problems with your back, a hot water bottle works wonders doesn't it. I had a similar problem with my neck yesterday but much better today.

The rose is great and so beautifully capture. Sorry to hear you have problems with your back. My son gave me a small stool for rummaging in the lower drawers and tying shoes. It really helps!
