Reflections

Reflections of a life well lived, my SIL..... and reflections of her brother who is having his 86th birthday today. People say he looks in his 70s mainly due to his strong upright stance.
Thankful for;
Our travel went well and our Auckland apartment is large and luxurious. It has a kitchen where I can prepare some good meals provided I can get to a supermarket.

@fbailey @grammyn I hadn't had the word refraction before so had to google and..."the fact or phenomenon of light, radio waves, etc. being deflected in passing obliquely through the interface between one medium and another or through a medium of varying density."
Exactly the right word!
