The Same moon..

but the next night. This was 40km from home and the pub advertised steaks for $20. So we drove up for the meal and had hoped to stay the night but the rooms at this renovated pub are not open till 1st October. The owners have done a lot of work to get this pub back into action after decades of disuse.
Thankful for:
an enjoyable 30 minute drive in the dark back home under this sweet moon!

Full of steak & onions too hopefully! Hope the owners do really well...I call that just a nice distance from home to let your food settle but sadly no brandy or whisky for a little finish off!

it's probably because we see the moon from a different orientation, you being in the southern hemisphere and me in the northern. we see the same moon phase but sometimes with a few hours difference. sally ings @salza and i compared our moon shots way back in 2014 https://365project.org/summerfield/365-still/2014-04-12
