I have to admit the scene from our window at the moment is rather good. You can see the purple irises beyond the big kauri tree, the long lines of the yucca stems, roses in the foreground and tiny climbing and pink roses nudging the window.

We purchased a bluetooth set of scales and it connected with our iPhones, I am not impressed - up 1kg - down 1kg. But probably the rest is true - fat - not healthy, bones 3.2% - all those holes in my bones, hydration poor - need more gin!

@happypat We have a man who comes and prunes various and sprays the driveway. Another couple do the lawns. Both of us bend and do some weeding but we do have weed mat put down a couple of years ago. On top of that, something called 'forest floor' Best thing we have ever done!
@maggiemae well it works beautifully, last thing you want as you get older is sore stiff backs from skating in the garden which is what I will have in the spring!
