In Québec we all know these yellow planes, used by the SOPFEU (Their mission: "Optimize the protection of forests against fire in a cost-effective manner so that forest-related resources can be sustained and continue to benefit all communities").
I'm pretty sure this is a water bomber. I hope it was just a routine flight, and that it was not going to fight a wildfire.
