Keep Your Sunny Side Up

As another winter storm happened outside, I stayed cozy inside with this vegetarian brunch bowl: homemade refried beans, peas, and brown rice, topped with a sunny side up egg, cole slaw, cherry tomatoes, and pickled onion. I collect photos of some of my meatless meals here:
