TIME TO LOOK BACK by markp

TIME TO LOOK BACK

Next Monday is handing in day for prints in the next photo competition at the Camera Club, so I thought I had better order some prints to give me time to get them mounted.

You are allowed a maximum of eight prints across Open Colour, Open Mono, Nature, Record and the Set Subject, which is Industry. Looking through my recent shots I realised I had a problem, I have spent so much time chasing birds recently that, that was all I really had to pick from. I am only allowed to put a max of three into any one category, so the problem with Nature is FAR FAR TOO many images to chose from.
In the other subjects just nothing decent enough to pick from. Over the weekend I have done a Record shot and an Industry one, but I wanted to enter a couple more.

My solution has been to spend the morning looking back through external hard drives to see what I could find. So all of todays posts except my Robin, are from 2014 and haven't been on here before or used in competitions. I have ordered prints from more than the ones posted here, I will make my final choice once I actually see the prints. This could go in the Open Colour section, but it might not do very well as everybody around here has a go at this.

This is our old bridge at sunset.

Here are the rest of my older images......
