@gardencat I don’t think they change that much. They do moult once a year, but ones that I have managed to identify and recognise from the others seem to stay the same colour through the year.
They do vary between different birds, some seem brighter than others.
Close up in the wild, this shade is probably closer to the “real” Robin colour.
Some of my images make them a little too bright.
