This weird and wonderful creation is in the Tate Liverpool. It is by the Artist Simon Starling, and its full title is.... Five-Man Pedersen ( Protoype No. 1) and it was made in 2003.
@gamelee Thanks Lee, I walked into the Tate with my camera around my neck, I had no intension of taking photos, it was just there. One of the assistants walked over and said you can take photographs but don't use a flash. However most of the galleries are quite gloomy, and that probably puts most people off, but went I saw the bike I thought I want that shot. So just wound the ISO up and got it.
