Oh no! Here she comes again!!! Magnify for best view.

The look on this little guy's face just cracked me up! I kept coming back to him and he was still there sunning himself. Take notice of that driven 10 penny nail in the old weathered wood plank for scale.

A little BTO to go with the pic... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-ew-0GwAUo
lol, he does look like he's making sure he keeps you in sight! I love the textures of this shot..
February 27th, 2012
Paint him green and he could be the little Geico guy! So cute . . especially enlarged. I think that he like you, Maggie. :)
February 27th, 2012
@buggus Thank you, Oleta! He looked disgusted to me! Ha ha! Appreciate your lovely comments and the view!
February 27th, 2012
Wow.. This is stunning..I love the color here just amazing..he does seam a bit board with his photo shoot!
February 27th, 2012
@karenann LOL! He was green before he got on the boards, Karen. He's an Anole lizard. They can change from greens to browns like some other lizards. I think he was aggravated by me. Ha ha! I just wouldn't go away and stay away. Thank you for your kind comments, as always!
February 27th, 2012
I am a lizard lady! We don't have many of them out here (not that I see too often, anyway). I was from Florida and they were everywhere there. Great capture...so cool that he had is eye on you. You ever see them doing their little lizard push-ups and neck thrust thing.
February 27th, 2012
nice shot, maam.. how did you sneak up on him??
February 27th, 2012
@cindyrez Thank you so much, Cindy! Board or aggravated, I don't think he was happy. I probably stressed the little guy out! Appreciate your lovely and thoughtful comments!
February 27th, 2012
You can see he has the ability to roll his eye right round to focus! Wonderful take on this fellow! I can't find the nail, though.
February 27th, 2012
@amandalomonaco We have something in common! I love lizards, too and I lived in Orlando for nearly 7 years! Yes, this lizard's throat is hot pink and looks like he's swallowing a beautiful butterfly! South Carolina has many Anoles and Skinks. Thank you for your comments and the view!
February 27th, 2012
@joeboxster Joe, I think he saw me coming from the start! LOL!
February 27th, 2012
He's cool
February 27th, 2012
@maggiemae Do you see the round stained circle right by the tip of his nose? That's the nail. Thank you for the lovely comments and the view.
February 27th, 2012
@kerristephens Thank you, Kerri!
February 27th, 2012
@marlboromaam girl, you must been ninja quiet because he didn't run...lol.. you didn't super glue him there did you?
February 27th, 2012
@marlboromaam I was in Orlando for 25 years. It was a nice place to grow up! Funny that you were there, too. Casselberry specifically. Tons o' lizards. In fact, our only pet now is a bearded dragon...a giant lizard.
February 27th, 2012
@joeboxster No super glue and no ninja. I wish I was stealth like a ninja! LOL! Temps were only in the 50s today. He couldn't move too fast and just wanted to warm himself in the sunshine, I think.
February 27th, 2012
@amandalomonaco I remember I'd bring all my potted plants in from outside whenever there was a frost threat and I always brought in several uninvited lizards with them. LOL! It was a riot trying to run them back outside the next day but, I knew they would die in the house.
February 27th, 2012
Great capture!! He definitely has his eye on you LOl

February 27th, 2012
@purdey Thank you, Sharon! Yep, he was a character. Temps only in the 50s today so he wasn't moving real fast. I'm sure he just wanted to be left alone to sun himself.
