Was trying to shoot the light and shadows on the fence today... then this little guy popped up to see what I was doing! He sat there for a long time. I tried to ignore him and shoot around him. In the end, he won out!
Great capture, Maggie! He's a lovely little photobomber ... can't complain too much. A willing model (that's breathing!) is all one can ask for these days. Love your light and shadow too. :)

hey, I don't know if there is anyway to tell you privately, so I will just say it here... I just love that you do the pinterest...no, not because you pin mine, but because I see shots you pin and am able to see all kinds of shots that I miss right here...it is a really great way to see so much more than I do here, the ones you pin, I click on them and am able to see their stream and view all of their work...you weed them out for me...thanks!!!

Oh, lucky you....you have these guys, too. They provide so much in the way of photo ops. Love that pop of green and he obviously wasn't going to camouflage himself on that fence. Cute capture. I did a similar shot earlier last yr. but mine was brown...like the fence ;-)

stunning light maggie and an instant fave cos I always like little lizards !! (not that we have lizards in the UK...but we have some slimy wriggly people.....you might know them better as politicians !!!)

Not sure how I let this one slip by, but it is awesome! Love the DOF, and the color and detail of the lizard. The texture and color of the fence is a great contrast as well. Congrats on top 20! FAV
