Mocker nut tree leaves... Best viewed large, if you will.
Love looking up through the canopy of the mocker nut tree. There's lovely light falling on the leaves and blue sky beyond! Always something that munches on the leaves, too! You can see the signs.
I have never heard of a Mocke nut tree...really pretty leaves and sunlight coming through them...hope you find that pesky bug...I have one that has nearly eaten half of my Japanese Maple...grrrrrr!!!
@vickisfotos Mocker nut trees are native to the southeastern US. That's probably why you haven't heard of them. Besides, the BBQ west of the Miss. river is usually mesquite wood. Here it's usually hickory wood. The mocker nut is in the hickory tree family. Thank you for stopping by!
