I didn't see the ant until I looked at the photos on my computer. My eyes are getting bad! LOL!

@janturnbull I'm still researching - trying to find out what they are. They're so tiny. Will watch for them to bloom out and get more pics if I can. My camera is somewhat limited with really tiny things.

@janturnbull I found out what this is... Common names are "Spoonleaf Purple Everlasting" or "Purple Cudweed." Funny, I see nothing purple about it, but this is it. It is NATIVE to the Carolinas and Georgia.
