Honestly, our Carolina wild jasmine blooms in February or March - not the end of November or first of December. It's been warm, so I think they're a bit confused. Made for a pleasant surprise for me to find this little blossom on a cloudy/drizzly day. Didn't want to miss the op to shoot it!
@dutchothotmailcom Thanks, Esther! Supposed to get down to freezing temps tonight and tomorrow night. Just a few buds on the vines now. I only found two blooms - this one and the yet to bloom out bud behind it. The vine will survive - it's pretty tough.
@skipt07 LOL! Normal for South Carolina is up and down with the mercury this time of year. We just had two morning below freezing and will be back up in the 60s today.
