Recognize these? I'm building an image with Photoshop layers. These are two of the eggs I made from the magazine page I shot in my Phoneography album. These two layers are the last before the final image is uploaded.
I could put each element/object on the same layer, but if I want to be able to move them around, add effects to them, and/or edit/scale them - I have to put each element/object on its own layer. Why? Because if they are all on one layer, I can't treat each of them on an individual basis. Which should be a lesson for a lot of things today - ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT EVERYBODY! I resent being categorized and put in a damn box. Grrr!
