Logo???

Sitting on the deck, I noticed this pattern in the wood and reminded me of a logo I've seen for a non-profit organization. I just can't remember which one. Shot in black and white.

@danette I don't know. I thought it was blue, but I could be wrong. I remember a sort of stick figure holding up their arms like this.
