Although a member of the same aster family, this is not a dandelion. Hypochaeris radical - commonly known as hairy cat's ear around here. The leaves are hairy on both sides and the tips are shaped like a cat's ear. It's non-native from Eurasia. More info here - http://namethatplant.net/plantdetail.shtml?plant=731
