Escape in the country...

Shot 12/31 and it was a gray/rainy day. I wanted to get my little 2013 Ford Escape somewhere in my project. It also shows how tall the trees are around here. We have more wet stuff on the way tonight and tomorrow.
Those trees are tall. I like the green and brownish colors. Beautiful wood area. Is this near your house?

@dutchothotmailcom My little house is just to the other side of the car - side where you see the big tree. You can see a part of my dirt driveway and part of the fence in the backyard. Thank you, Esther!

@marlboromaam, I saw the fence wasn't sure it was your house. Beautiful to live like that in the woods.

@dutchothotmailcom I lived in an apartment for years. Lived in a "housing development" for years too. I missed my grandparent's farm in the country - the peace - the quiet - the privacy. So now I have a little patch of my own for as long as I'm here. =)

What a wonderful place to live. Those trees are even taller than I thought.
