Gilled Polypore...

Probably Tramxetes betulina, but I can't be 100 percent sure. It's not a turkey-tail because it has gills and turkey-tail has pores! Thing had to have fallen from a tree limb or got knocked out by a strong wind or bird or squirrel. I hate it when I can't pin something down to the correct species. I like to know what I've found!
Darn, I was going to guess turkey tail based on what I've learned from you but I guess I wasn't paying attention!

@sherimiya LOL! You've been paying attention enough to say that and I'd say more than most folks. There are many similar bracket fungi and pinning some of them down can be a little tricky. But I keep trying. Thank you, Sheri!
