Ragweed...

I let it grow until it starts to bloom. Its green stems remind me of leather leaf fern. However, it is the NUMBER 1 source of allergies in South Carolina - ragweed or Ambrosia artemisiifolia. More info here - http://namethatplant.net/plantdetail.shtml?plant=64

@milaniet Thanks, Milanie! I finally identified correctly it last year by the male blooms. It has male and female flowers on different plants. These are going to be female by looking at the buds starting to come out.

@sherimiya LOL! Not blooming yet. The pollen from the male blossoms travels through the air and that's why people begin to sneeze.
