I'm very surprised, after the episode with the rat snake at this very bluebird house. I don't know if it's the same pair, but momma bluebird is busy with the pine needles building her nest inside. Poppa is nearby watching her.
I put out more sulfur powder and Snake Away around the houses yesterday since it's rained lately. I've seen three rat snakes so far this year, and one copperhead. One snake is too many for me to see!
