@kali66 it’s a nameplate for a boat of a friend of mine. It’s named after his dad who past away last year. It’s a snack board because we always have drinks and snack together. We call it a ‘borrel’ that is a typical dutch word without english translation :-) Literally it means liquor but in dutch it’s more than that. It could well be wine or beer with nuts, potato chips, meat like salami or cheese... We dutch find it ‘gezellig’, also a word without translation. It means something like cosy.
