PT Cruiser

Chrysler. They did a reasonably good job designing an ugly car. Unfortunately they just missed the top 10. In my opinion.

Chrysler got a bit excited with the hot-rod theme for a while, although the Plymouth Prowler was the better of the two designs I feel. :)
