Fly Agaric by mave

Fly Agaric

Well I think that's what it's called. We had a lovely walk round RSPB Sandy will two friends. We took lots of pictures of fungi.
We were really pleased to see a sparrowhawk in our garden late this afternoon, but I only managed a distance shot on my phone.
We usually have lots of sparrows in the garden, but they all disappeared when he turned up.

It's a Fly Agaric and it's a beauty. Nicely captured.
In Dutch: vliegenzwam (vliegen = flies, zwam = fungus)

Lovely shot, just need fairies! Sparrow hawks can instantly clear a garden of all other birds!
