Houghton Mill by mave

Houghton Mill

Today, our last free day before the second lockdown, we went for our walk to Houghton Mill. It is a National Trust property near Huntingdon. There were a few people there with dogs, or doing the same as us. A lovely day, a lovely walk. Now to 'gird our loins' for at least a month's lockdown. One positive is we can prepare for Christmas in peace.

Thank you to everyone who has commented on or fav'd my pictures over the last couple of weeks. I will do my best to catch up with you all as soon as I can.
A lovely spot for your last day out Mave

Nice you could have a walk and now chill out and enjoy not having a crazy build up to Christmas. I hope you have lots to do at home - reading, cooking, handcrafts etc.

Funny how we feel we have to have that last adventure before tomorrow but in actual fact life will continue in much the same fashion in our lives! I’m ready fir a rest so shall enjoy it though so very aware of the hardships of businesses!
