On campus, from inside one of the parking lots. Starting October first, it will be closed for a long time due to construction of a new building at the other end of the lot.
Neat composition and patterns. At fist I didn't realize it was a fence. At first I thought it was netting and that was a needle stuck into fabric. Nice.
@pauliek Thanks, Paulette. It actually is a chain link fence with a black loose weave fabric attached on the outside. The dark black area with "needle" shape in it is where two panels meet with a small gap. I originally was just pursuing the abstract graphic possibilities of that, but ended up more interested in the effect of capturing passersby.
@seattlite Thank you, Gloria. I'm glad you like the textures here. I liked the two layers of chain link fence and of the black fabric that partially obscured what was outside the parking lot.
