Department Head

Martina @lehnistina gave me the get pushed challenge of doing a portrait. This is our current Modern Languages Department Head, Derek Hillard. Dr. Hillard is a professor of German, and a great person to work with. He was also kind enough to let me photograph him. I don't know why it's so intimidating to me to ask someone (even a person I know relatively well) if I can take their picture. It was a good challenge for me.

I should have photographed more people this week, but got busy helping our son, Dan, with something that hopefully will be sorted out soon.
