The dinosaurs had another look through the December words and decided "cozy" on Dec 26 sounded nice. When time for the photo shoot came around, though, I had a real time coaxing them down from the Nativity scene on top of the piano. These two are the only ones I managed to pry away from their Nativity posing for even a short shoot -- Plesiosaurus and one of the Triceratops Twins. I tucked them in nice and COZY in a wooden shoe I bring out at Christmas time, and using some bedding I made with cloth napkins. I suppose I'm biased, but I think they look sooooo adorable. (Please don't tell them that, though. I'm sure that "adorable" is not what they want to project.)
The dinosaurs don't seem to be having as much fun in general with the photo shoots now that they don't have the weekly play date with the 365 Toys @365toygroup . I'm going to have to up my game to get them hooked again -- think up something really fun to propose to the themes committee. Any suggestions you have would be very welcome. Please don't suggest anything outright dangerous. I know they'd probably go for that kind of thing, one would get hurt or broken, and Frank would kill me. They're still his little dinosaurs (and Neanderthal Man, of course)
@365toygroup the dinos miss you. I'm gonna have to check on which toy group people I follow and make sure to follow the rest so we can keep up with what our toy friends are doing.
Thanks for the follow! I was thinking about those dinos the other day and missing them. Mr. Pig went AWOL!!! His friends might come out for a photo op here and there, but I sure hope Mr. Pig himself shows up again.
The toy group was a lot of work but it was also a lot of fun. Perhaps we could have a shout out on the discussion board every now then... Piggy is putting her thinking cap on...
@francoise Oh, no! I hope Mr. Pig is not out in the cold, wandering lost and alone...oh, it's terrible where our imaginations can lead us. He's probably just taking an extended vacation somewhere in your house. I hope he's safe.
