Anderson Hall from the main entrance steps

Lisa Poland @homeschoolmom challenged me to produce a " photo of a historic building in your area, but take it from an unusual point of view." Anderson Hall on the KSU campus is definitely a historic building -- one of the oldest on campus (though not THE oldest). However I have posted any number of photos of Anderson Hall -- mostly as I walked through there when I get off at noon, to drop mail for the late pickup. So I was hoping to feature a different building -- have in mind the Hartford House, on the grounds of the Riley County Historical Museum. It's one of the small prefab houses brought by steamboat (the "Hartford") in 1855 by one of the groups of Manhattan founders. But I did take these Anderson Hall photos from what I hope are not the usual POV for pictures of the building. I put them together into this construction last night, so I'm posting it today, as I've been sick all day (Saturday) and didn't even think of getting over to the historical museum. If I'm feeling better tomorrow, I may try -- otherwise I'm going to give Lisa a rain check for the Hartford House.
@homeschoolmom Here's Anderson Hall for you. There are stone projections on either side of the main entrance door. I decided to put them squarely in the foreground -- reminiscent of some of the half-and-half pictures I've done for May.

Sorry to hear you are sick. If you have had anything like I have this last week I feel your pain! Impressive of you to get a photo and this is a most unusual one
