@grammyn@randystreat I just realized that I may have my nomenclature wrong. I just looked up online and wonder if I should have called them grain bins instead of silos? Frank and I went over to the elevator in Junction City to pick up a check for his 1/2 of a crop and I took this picture as we were about to leave. Frank grew up on a farm. I didn’t. My dad and uncle bought the land they grew up on and farmed it with the help of a farmer they hired. But they both had “day jobs” and I grew up in town where my dad taught Agricultural Economics at the university. Dad and Uncle Don were workaholics and put in long hours when they were out at the farm.
