After the dinosaurs agreed to help me come up with ideas for photos for the "30 shots" challenge,
http://365project.org/mcsiegle/theme-months/2020-04-17 , they convened a meeting right there on the spot. Of course, the promise of snacks didn't hurt. They pretty much twisted my arm on that point. Ideas they came up with included:
* meeting with snacks -- We were able to check that one off right away
* drawer expedition -- I thought that was a good idea. We'll see who is most keen to crawl around in there.
* book club -- again, a pretty good idea; when the porch is clean and the table and chairs are all set up in place, it's really a nice place to sit and read.
Other photo shoot ideas they came up with (not 30-shot related):
* garage expedition/exploration -- lots of stuff to explore; they were less enthusiastic about my suggestion of "garage clean-up"
* city park -- I told them we probably could walk over there a few of us at a time, but we should wear masks, per the guidelines; one of the Neanderthal Men agreed to be guinea pig for experimentation with making masks for small museum replicas of varying species.

* city pool -- generated a lot of excitement and then a lot of disappointment. It's a non-starter. I had to tell them the city will not open the pools this summer due to the COVID-19 situation. We're all very bummed about that.
About the time we got to the disappointing city pool idea, someone noticed that the Triceratops Twins had started in on the chocolate chip cookies. With all the news about viruses etc, most of the rest of them didn't want to eat cookies that had been nibbled and walked over by the Triceratops Twin brother. I didn't want the two of them to eat all of it and get sick stomachs so, since I'm not nearly as fussy as the dinos about normal, non-coronavirus germs (none of them have been out of our house in many weeks!), I ate the two remaining cookies myself. Dang! Just looking at this picture is making me hungry for more!
