Last night, the family got together while my brother, Gabe, and his girlfriend, Kat, put together their cappuccino machine at Mum and Dad's house. After it took 45 minutes for the machine to come up to the right temperature, and a little trial and error, our first cups were served!
Yummo!
I really love the coffee cup I've got in the photo; always have loved that set. Until Dad dropped one and broke it... now we've only got three left I think. I still love them because of the pattern on them.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
Aunty Helen: Yeah, we had the coffee early in the night - around 6pm - and Gabe made a killer mushroom pasta for us too.
This morning, he had the machine up and running again and - with the help of Mum and Dad's neighbour (Joe) who used to own a restaurant - they had coffee with breakfast.
As one who hasn't started the day properly without a couple of cups of cappuccino, I stand duly impressed with that machine and what it produced! Nice collage, Lynda, and what fun you all had together as a family!
