Limes

I couldn't work out what these little skins were drying out in the sunshine in several places at Tai O, until I saw a local woman sitting outside her house peeling bowls full of limes. Not sure what they would be used for? I like the little shallow baskets!

I though they were something fishy to start with; as there are boats in the background.

I think they use dried limes in Middle Eastern cooking.
