He's got an official name, but I don't remember what it is. He used to be accompanied by a pink flamingo but Pinkie went over the rainbow bridge last summer.
@anniesue@narayani He is moored. When he first appeared, he was free to float around the whole lake. I think the yacht club complained because he was floating into their racing lanes.
