We have warnings for "rare and dangerous weather" as two cyclones close in on the coast of Western Australia. The effects are forecast to be felt as far south as Perth by tomorrow but unlike areas in the direct path, we are only expecting 15 to 25mm of rain and winds to about 35kph.
