Mirabilis jalapa, marvel of Peru, four o'clocks or what ever else they are known are pretty little flowers but once you have them growing you'll never get rid of them.
I remember photographing them ages ago and being amazed by the little golden balls of what I assume to be pollen. It wasn't until I tried to shoot them this evening for the macro challenge that I realised that they are contained within the anther and can only be seen when the anthers split open to revel their golden treasure.
