This afternoon we walked around Lake Richmond in the hope of spotting some birds. From a distance I noticed a group of pelicans sitting on the rails of the boardwalk and mad a beeline for them. Unbeknown to me, most of the boardwalk was under water after our heavy Winter rains so I couldn't get close to them. Luckily this fellow was sitting near the start of the the boardwalk.
