Trapped _DSC4407

Most of today was spent helping Matthew and Mel with the last of their moving and cleaning. I wandered around the yard trying to photograph some tiny butterflies and noticed the Guildford grass seed pods. The trapped dandelion seeds were an added bonus. I was pleased with the result, especially as it was hand held. If you have the inclination, I think it looks better on black :)

@pyrrhula Thanks Ferry, the dandelion seeds were actually caught in some spider web, but they were blowing around in the wind.

@dsp2 Thanks, this is also called onion weed. The seed pod is only about 1cm long and 1/2 cm wide, before it splits open.
