Graham and Matthew pulled this monster up in one of their pots this morning. It weighed in at 2.1 kg( An average sized crayfish is between 400 and 500g). We have just enjoyed part of it for dinner with friends and they have taken the rest of it home for lunch tomorrow. It was delicious.
