Unusual colouring to his legs, beak and eye lid! Is that how it really was? Great catch light in the eyes and the picture has an overall warm glow to it, so I suspect the evening light! If it were mine I would clone out the white blobs at the top that distract the eye. You cannot crop them away as it would end up being too close to the bird's head. I think the picture is worth working on! Well done!
@marshwader Yes it was taken in evening light. I managed to remove the yellow blobs that were mooring bouys, cropped and straightened, but the colours are unchanged. I thought the white buildings were a tad distracting, but my editing skill set is quite limited :)
