It was pretty wild and wooly overnight and there was quite a bit of storm damage along the coast. I was surprised by the number of people out and about watching the ocean.
My waterproof point and shoot did a great job. I had my Olympus as well but there was so much salt spray being whipped up that I didn't want to risk it.
Love it, I just love watching the ocean in wild weather. Heard about your storms too hope you didn't get any damage. I must ring my nephew, he lives in Bedfordale.
I was surprised just how many people were up at Boat Harbour during our storm too.
@gilbertwood Some of our plants were a bit wind blown but nothing serious at our place. There was quite a lot of erosion around the beaches and a bend on one of our coastal roads has been undercut by the surf and has been closed for repairs. Compared to some area we got off very lightly.
