I spotted this beautiful cattleya orchid at a local hardware/nursery and of course it came home with me. I haven't had one of these before and I'm hoping that it will do well with the phalaenopsis orchids are happily flowering in my ensuite.
Wow! That's a really beautiful cattleya! I understand you had to get it! Good luck with it, in my opinion they are stronger and less demanding than phals.
It's a very pretty one. It must be one of those jumping orchids, you know, the ones that jump into your shopping basket when you're not looking. I have some of those :)
