Watching For Mice PB091723

The birds that visit our feeder throw more seed onto the ground than they eat. Unfortunately mice have moved into the garden to eat it. I was surprised this afternoon when a butcherbird alighted on the feeder. It then moved to the fence and a few minutes later it snatched a mouse from the garden and flew away.
Wonderful capture!

We have the same problem, but as long as the mice stay outside it's okay with us. Great capture of the guy, looks nice in b/w too!

Really good image. We don’t put out a bird feeder for the same reason, we don’t want to attract rodents.
