A Jewel Of Nature 2_DSC9269

Today is the first time I've managed to capture these tiny flies. I couldn't decide which shot I preferred. They are only about half a centimetre long and their colours are beautiful. I can imagine this as a brooch.
Tomorrow, we're heading off in the caravan for a few days. I'm not sure where we'll end up, so my posting and commenting may be limited for the next week.
Thank you all for the fabulous response to yesterday's rose. Your time, comments and favs are greatly appreciated.
Better on black.
Another great close up
