@susiemc I took a scene shot and then used Topaz to edit out the extra numbers and add the text. I've also done them by using the snipping tool.

Your computer or laptop might have a "snipping tool" (an icon with scissors), use it to capture the monthly view on your screen. save it in the "paint" program as .jpg and you're set to upload it. alternatively, you can press the "print screen" key found in the top row of your keyboard "PrtSc" (make sure though that your whole month view appears on the screen) then go to your paint program and do Ctrl-V, then you can trim it however you want. save it as a .jpg document.

Open up your favourite paint program and paste as new image.
Crop as required and save as Month-Year.jpg (or whatever filename you want)
