We had our annual Christmas Parade last Saturday night (my other shots were taken today - promise!) and I was the unofficial photographer for the Chamber of Commerce and our local paper. Took over 100 shots - and culled them down to 88. (Not much culling!) Weather was wonderful but I sure don't like shooting at night - have no clue what I'm doing. All I did with these was crop.
Really nice job with the low light. I am not surprised that you were chosen to be the photographer!! It is a very fun collage and obviously a lot of work. Well done!!
@milaniet I love how much there is to learn. Luckily I got a 35mm (50mm equivalent on my camera) pretty early on because the folks at the camera store told me to get it. It is very handy for all of my indoor shots with the girls. Glad you like it, too!
That's interesting that your parade takes place at night. Very nice collage, and I really like the lights on the floats (which you don't see in a daytime parade). It makes everything look even more festive. You did a great job.
Looks awesome, nice collage,,,,for now I am out of commission due to my "adobe flash player" is down. It is so fustrating not being able to upload photos in non of my programs. My son is due to help soon.. Sorry be back soon I hope !! I can only comment ...keep up the great work !!
Look at all the wonderful Christmas reds! You captured some fantastic pictures of the parade. What a variety of floods and participants it had. Congrats on the photography role you played in the event.
