Do like the tilt to that body - like he was keeping an eye on where I was headed. He was tucked nicely back in the shrub - but managed a reasonable angle on him finally.
You caught him in a perfect pose. I'm seeing all sorts of bluebirds here on my visit to Colorado — such beautiful birds. About the lone apple in my picture the other day, I really had to hunt to find one that was hanging all alone. The clustered ones just didn't look as good for a photo.
